The FIRST number sets the font. This number must be between 1 and 5. Here it is 3.
The NEXT TWO numbers set the background color. This number must be between 00 and 99. Here it is 98.
The LAST TWO numbers set the color of the numbers in the counter. This number must also be between 00 and 99. Here it is 24.
